In the last week or so I made my non-structural extensions to my chassis in aluminium.

And I have made and tested my floor.

I have also been researching suspension systems and trail, and with the latter in mind, I am going to make the front axle to pivot adjustable, so that I can experiment with just how much distance between the turning pivot and the axle is best for holding the line.

Pete, that's impressive work and it's coming along very quickly. It's a yes from me. :)

I have made the suspension base at the nose of the car. It is all still looking fairly agricultural, but I have yet to add any bodywork or anything aesthetic to the kart.

Looking like more progress Pete. From your previous work I bet it will be far from agricultural.
Is there any pitch to the suspension pillar or is the trail in the pivot at the bottom?
