When the Wee Beastie is finished what do I do?
Ideas anyone?
Lets try the brain storming method. Just suggestions to start with.

Has anyone done a Bentley blower yet?

Yes, Duncan Drye has, the Vikings Forge Bentley inspired car.
We must avoid torturing our brains with false problems, it occupies but it can annoy. In jest!

Knowing your fondness for hanging out the back of Edwardian cars with a degree of 'presence' how about this?

I reckon a Singer Le Mans would suit!

I've been watch YouTube VSCC hill climb events - never knew there were so many pre-1930 cars or makes.
Good source of inspiration - so many to choose from.

Well first Adrian I don't think we ought to encourage you
but since you asked :-)

I have often thought about doing a 1922 Ballot as something very different to what normally appeals to me

... If you were a thin type, how about A Panhard razor blade...

That's astonishing. The Razor Blade was always a favourite and nearly did it before the Renault, mmmmmmm.
I suppose I owe the Singer one. The SOC would love it!
The Bentley is a good choice but it's done as you say.
Bill, which one? The racing car with the round nose or the one in the picture which, I think is in the Coventry Museum?????? Nice easy-to-make boat tail too.
Peter. Yes well, Fiat Fraschinie. Would be stretching the rules a bit?

Keep em coming!

I thought I might investigate the Razor Blade a bit more.
The attached drawing shows the side view with the O/A diameter of the wheels just 24"
Long eh?
Stefan, do you think I am stretching the rules a bit too far? Shortening it will make it to narrow to get in.

The original Panhard had a 7 foot 71/2" wheel base - what did that sketch come out to Adrian?

The Razor Blade looks amazing - very much like a cyclekart only a bit bigger.

I’m guessing you mean the Pannard Razor Blade not the Aston Martin Razor?    Both very skinny cars.   There’s a build thread on the US site for the Pannard car
https://www.cyclekartclub.com/forum/custom-karts-forum.6/cyclecar-build-started-1926-razor.28194/

I suspect that playing with the aspect ratio at the front and a slightly longer tail would capture the feel of the car.   The originals are very tight for the driver.

I am so ignorant!!!!

Never heard of these cars before, and the 1924 Aston Martin Razor Blade is British, even better.
