You must be fairly near a running and stopping chassis for testing now Noel, and those pedals look sweet. Time soon for a video of the chassis moving? Always a momentous occasion.  ;D

Well that was an entertaining afternoon, my first try at upholstery. By no means is it perfect but I can live with it. Seat base next.

Seat base didn't turn out just as well but OK for my first try.

Found a use for the discarded governor parts and a lever from a lawnmower.

The spring is a bit overkill but will do until I get a better one.

Came across a broken pulley,  once lathed flat this will be a band brake for the hand brake.

Let the painting begin.
The one part of the build i wasn't looking forward to. So much preparation for a quick blast of paint.

After quite a few coats of paint we are ready for the Vale's first vintage show tomorrow.
Still only 95% finished but good enough to let people see it.
