I.D. of pit bike hub 76mm tight hollow in middle dia. 48mm depth of recess to highest part of spoke attachment 5.5mm nut and spindle end stick out about 20mm
... You can lead a horse to water, but a pencil must be lead.

Thanks Jim.
Could you also give me the O.D. measurement as well please ? The 5.5mm , is it this measurement?  See image.

Was thinking of making a backing plate to hide the ends of the spokes. Something like this.

Yep Noel, the 5.5is that, you could go deeper but it would mean filing lots of notches or crenelating the inner lip. The O.D is 90mm

Thanks again Jim. Just need to work out how to secure it in place. Any ideas ? Maybe a grub screw in from the side through the 5.5mm part ?

Drilling three tiny holes in the alloy would allow for either tapping in grubscrews or three tiny zip ties I thought.
Three would help centre it if the tolerance was slack
Thanks for taking the time on this Noel ☺️

Ok, i have made up a back plate to go behind the spinner, could someone with a pit bike wheel print it out to check fitment please ?

The STL is on Thingiverse. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5873184/files

Had to change the spinner so there will be a seprate one for the pit bike wheels.

Jim, does the pit bike wheels have a flange something like the Honda wheels ? If so, measure the diameter and depth,  I will see if I can adapt my design to fit.
Noel I can share my fusion 360 design for fitting to the pit bike wheels if you’d like.  My design is for Bugatti style spinners but you can take the basic design and change the arms

Thanks for doing this Noel, I am saving up for a printer at the moment so am at the mercy of an old colleague who is not at my old workplace at the moment. I doubt I will be able to print theses quickly. I look forwards to feedback from others here though.

Printed a pair of ANF125 spinners off in aluminum filament, took about 6 hours each, I'm quite pleased with them. Be interesting to see how they look once their polished, no promises, but if I get them done I'll bring them along Saturday. Thanks again Noel.
