4th March 2023 Builders' Meet and Club AGM
« on: 03 Feb 23, 10:21 pm »
Our next event is the builders' meet at the British Motor Museum at Gaydon on Sat 4th March.   The club AGM for members will precede the builders' meet and there will be plenty of opportunity to have a look around the museum.

If you'd like to attend, please email Chris on CKGBmembership@gmail.com.  Why not join the club at the same time and get discounted entry to the Museum.

Members should have already received an email about this, so if you haven't please let us know.

Just to clarify.  Non-members will also get the discounted entry of £10 (full price is £16), but must register with Chris S and pay via the club (Chris will email details when you register).   You'll also get 20% off in the cafe.

£10 vs £16 - now that's a bargain!   Of course, most people will use the £6 they've saved towards their new CKGB membership!

I may not have made progress with the Morgan yet, but there will be Welsh cakes on Saturday!

Ah no, I'm going to miss out on some of Chris's Welsh cakes !!
Wish I could have got over to meet everyone,  maybe next year. Keep us up-to-date on the highlights of the day.

Well as it's St Davids day today I thought I'd make some to share Saturday, I'm a bit out of practice, but they've come out OK.

Unfortunately I can't make it this year, I'm hoping to use the time constructively and get some work done on the kart and getting my new (to me) lathe set up.

Looking forward to reading about the day.
