Hi all.
I'm hoping that this proposal will provide a mid-winter excuse to get together as a group.
I am still waiting for feedback from the museum on availability of a side-room or private area where we can schedule time in the day for a useful meeting.
I'll ask here for items for inclusion on an agenda beforehand.
Further details in due course, but pencil the date in for now please.

That's a great idea Graham, I would like to go to that. I've never been to cov motor museum either so a bit of a bonus.

Since I can't get there I can at least offer the log book page I knocked up after it was suggested at Stretton.

If it's OK with others I will draft up something for discussion which will closely align to motorsport practice.

Can we have a chat about other venues and events that would be in keeping with the Cyclekart thing. For example the retro festival in Newbury. I took my dragster there a couple of years ago and it was a really good weekend.

Yes Jim, that's a definite, we need to look at all new venue options.
I will collate a formal agenda for comment as promised.

By way of an update on Coventry, I have negotiated us the use of a school teaching-pod for the day and paid a £60 fee. This will get us all in the museum for free, normally £14 I think. I'll work out a contribution from everybody on the day.

Hi all. I am collating requested discussion topics for inclusion on a informal agenda. So far:

Brakes
Wheels and Spokes
Scutineering
Log Books
Venues for 2020

It will be also good to have an update on what stage individual's new builds have reached. Any other topics please advise, its a guide only.

I see we have a few new members recently, please come along and meet up if you are able.

I'll confirm how we meet in due course. As stated, don't buy a ticket as I have arranged group concessionary access for the day.
