Seeking interest Bicester Super Scramble

Initial contact with the organisers has them interested in both display in the inner display area, and a few runs on the track.
Before I commit more of my and their time, how many interested. One day event 21 June.
It's an event to drool over with a huge variety of cars, aircraft from pre WW1 to Spitfires etc etc. Here's the link to have a look https://bicesterheritage.co.uk/whaton/superscramble-2020-2/.
I need to know approx numbers within 10 days. ie before 20 Feb.

I am interested in going to this but it conflicts with the retro show at santapod and I don't know if I'm racing at it yet as it's one of the events that I get invited to closer to the time.
