Hanging the rod away from the frame with the stress being taken on the thread is not a good idea, a bracket from frame to outer end would Put the bolt in shear rather than a point load
There is a lot of stress and shock loads to take, the bolt starts to move and then can then start to put undue load into the threaded aria
