Just finished my engine cooling duct.  Managed to come up with a design that allows me to get away with one adjustable mould tool.  By making it in 2 concentric halves I can adjust the width to fit between engine and body sidewall.

Here are the 3D print models for my Austin 7 Hubcaps.  They are moulded in 2 parts for a better quality part, front and rear.  I moulded them in PETG and then welded the halves together using PVC cement ( the stuff that plumbers use for plastic waste pipes ).

Another issue identified at Gaydon was engine cooling.  Here's my solution.
I'm also planning to make a duct to direct cooling air from the grill to the engine cooling fan inlet.

After the AGM / Builders meet at Gaydon I realised that I needed to add some gearing to my steering.  Here's what I've come up with.
A 10 tooth pinion driving a 20 tooth internal ring gear, so 2:1 ratio.
Thanks for all the inspiration Stefan.

Been working on damper design.  Only problem is I don't seem to be able to get hold of high carbon sheet sheet for the springs.
I only need a very small quantity of 1.6mm EN42 or similar in annealed state.  Any ideas ?
Needs to be at least 0.7% carbon to get the right hardness.

The Austin 7 never had knock on wheels, they were bolted on and some had hubcaps.
So I've made some replica hub caps instead.
