Welcome to John Best.

Please reply to this post and share a little about yourself especially location (not your specific address though!), interest and experience in cycleKarts, any particular skills you might be happy to share...etc

Some tips:
Read the Start Here page

Have a look at the Events section and come along to an event
Start a build journal - it’s great for others to see your progress and for you to ask for advice

Hi All,
I have recently come across Cycle Karts and the whole idea of it sounds great fun. There is now a lot of info I need to gather before embarking on making myself scarce from the better half and camping out in the shed!!! I’m living in Somerset and would be interested in brainstorming the build process.

Welcome John Best. There several members building in the South West ,including a fair contingent in the Bridgewater area.

Which part of Somerset are you based ?

We are planning a meeting at Haynes Museum Kart track soon , may be a chance for you to see some CK's and chat

Hi Chris,
Looks as if Bridgwater is the Mecca for CK in Somerset, yes I live here too. Yes I would be interested in the Haynes meet.

Hello John,
I live in West Huntspill.  I started building my Cyclekart a couple of months ago and I’m well into the build.   I’m a newbie myself but you’re welcome to call by for a chat.
