Hi Rhys, thank you it went well and I even managed to call in Gemini karts on the way home yesterday afternoon . Taking it easy today though.

When I had my knee done, the pre op people said to make sure hips are well recovered as they had been known to pop out. Take it easy, do all the proper physio.
