post up a picture so we can see. I have just had another axle made up and didn't have a problem. They were supplying them with bearings which were better and i am not sure why they have changed to this set up. Have you got the tubes that sit inside these?

They have offered both a nylon top hat or bearing option for a couple of years Andy.

oh - didn't know that Graham, I prefer the bearing set up just as those nylon inserts will wear
