Mark, I'm in the Midwest USA and made three sets of 1.25" x .188" x 24"CL leaf springs for my own use. I'm one of those guys that likes to do everything himself.
I rolled the eyes to take a .875" Delrin bushing. My fixture was pretty make shift, rather laborious to use and was only suited for a one time run. Would it be possible
for me to get a photo or sketch of the fixture that you came up with? I have no intention at 80 years of age of manufacturing springs for sale, this is simply for my own use.
I had my heat treater temper them back to 42hrc. and they have a 4" camber which I can adjust in the hydraulic press.
Thanks, Denny Graham, Sandwich, IL

The leaf springs have returned from the heat treater, now painted and bushes fitted so if anyone needs springs let me know!

I will bring some on Saturday if anyone wants to have a look.
