Having used this sort of racking to make channels on my trailer it's surprising how flimsy it is. It would be alot of hassle to make it work id have thought.
If your reluctant to weld because you can't, I couldn't before I built a Cyclekart, and just practiced a bit with a cheap gasless mig welder. Ive now made 2 Cyclekarts and a trailer and non of them have fallen apart yet 😁

Looking good chris, having spent alot of time trying to 3d model the W125 for mine, I can sympathise how difficult it is to recreate the shape at the front and it look right, but it looks great! Can't wait to see it done.

Hi chris, we can definitely come up with something for an annual sticker if the commitee agrees to it. Im curious to know how the event stickers have gone down on the whole. Me and abi have really enjoyed designing them and look forward to hopefully continuing next year. Is there also a desire for the sticker designs from this year to be put on things like mugs or coasters? Or even just the stickers to be made available on the shop incase you dont have one or want more?

This is what I have on both of mine, if you can hold out the prices come down to as low as £32 with offers and discount codes which happen fairly regularly on ebay.

For sale and wanted / Steel fine perforated mesh
« on: 05 Aug 25, 10:46 am »
I have a brand new still packaged sheet of hexagonal perforated steel mesh that im not going to use. Its 500x400mm, other details are in photos. It costs around £31 posted off Ebay. Really good quality stuff, same as ive used on my Hudson Eight.
Selling for £15, can be taken to an event or I'll post it out for cost.
