Some photos attached that I took at Loton Park a few years ago, you might guess I'm a model maker.

I'll have to drop out, things haven't gone to plan in various ways which means I won't be able to attend.

Please cancel my request to reserve 25, as it's unlikely that I will build the Renault NN.

Here's my bearing tabulation, covering all the o/d sizes we encounter.

The wire feed on my Clarke stopped working, I had the PCB repaired here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/315205510723. Excellent service, may be able to help with other welders.

I've been thinking about this too. If the karts are put on rear end first, and the pivot point for the top deck is forward of the balance point of the kart, the top deck will raise itself when the kart is loaded. The rear end of the top deck will have to be restrained until the kart is loaded. and when released will just pivot. Not having seen Grahams trailer I don't know if this is the way he's done it.

Great job Noel, hopefully I'll be able to use it for the Morgan Dash.

I've got one here that isn't needed for what I originally bought it for, so I might incorporate it in the Morgan to make it easier for Helen to get  out.

Looks good Jim, glad my advice was a help, a glazing coat does save a lot of work!

If you apply a coat of glazing resin and lightly sand it back with a course grit before filling, it'll reduce the amount of work needed. Glazing resin can be bought, or made up from 1 part laminating resin and 3 parts gelcoat.

Welcome to the cyclekart madness, there are a limited number of us in Wales, and we're fairly well spread out. There's one in Barry, I'm in Llangadog, and one in Aberystwyth. Hopefully at some point we can form a Welsh group, at the moment the nearest active group is West of England.
