Generally, 3/8 & 5/16 UNF & Metric Coarse M6 & M8 are what you will find supplied with the VEVOR Torque Converters.

(AF is not a thread form, but a measurement of the "across the flats" distance of the bolt head)
Hope this helps with the confusion that sometimes arises with clone motors !

Go 219 pitch....modern kart chains are much higher quality than 35 pitch.
15T - 98 will give you a good 6.5:1 ratio

The Clone Torque Converters are basically, all dimensionally the same !
The only thing you can get wrong is the alignment of the inner, flat faces of the driver and driven pulleys.
Use the back of a new hacksaw blade to check for parallel and in line.
(Shims of 0.5 and 1mm thickness are available online and they enable you to get a perfect alignment)

Hi
The plastic bottle with the tube is the main source of crankcase breathing.
The bottle has a 4mm dia hole in the upper surface, which is plenty big enough to enable crankcase breathing.
The bottle is positioned higher than the rocker box vent, so that any oil mist can condense and drip back into the rocker box.

I will do a little video at the weekend and post it here.
I always use 0W-20 Semi Synthetic, but I dont use the standard quantity of oil either.
To be honest, I am only concerned with the head temperature and not the temp of the oil.

Moving the tank away from the engine bay and fitting a "Top Plate" certainly improves the situation.
By moving the tank and using a Pulse Pump, you can keep the tank and its contents cool.
(If you have an aluminium tank the fuel stays really cool).

These engines run best when hot in my opinion.
If you fit a good quality rev counter, you will see the idle rise and stabilize after a few minutes of running from cold on the stand.

I will be camping over night on Sunday and will arrive during Sunday afternoon.
Going to be great fun !
BBQ sounds like a great idea too...

yes !! lol
The engines are fan cooled...well, depending what you do to the fan vanes !
I did my temp tests with a simple infra red point and shoot type gun.
