Contacted metal mania just incase they had changed there shipping policy. Will only ship 500mm lengths to N.I.

Timbbo, don't get too hung up on steel size. Many builders have used smaller in the US (and NZ)

I'm struggling to source 75mmx25mm also. You might end up doing what I did and get C sections folded up and then weld them together.

The ONLY reason the Stevensons used 75 x 25 was because the local stockist had that. Mike told me this in a face to face meet. NZ guys are using 50 x 30 with success, 75 x 25 really is a bit overkill!
