Timbbo, don't get too hung up on steel size. Many builders have used smaller in the US (and NZ)

I'm struggling to source 75mmx25mm also. You might end up doing what I did and get C sections folded up and then weld them together.

The ONLY reason the Stevensons used 75 x 25 was because the local stockist had that. Mike told me this in a face to face meet. NZ guys are using 50 x 30 with success, 75 x 25 really is a bit overkill!
