I have updated the Builders Meeting dates through to the end of October in the top post.

I have added the names of those indicating they will attend to the top of the post.

Now is the time to get your entry forms to Glynn (Yep to Glynn not to me as we are away for this event!!) (attached to the first post)

The intent is to use the 'short course' grass and concrete straight and ovel.

Saturday will be set up in the morning - there is also a builders meeting on the 27th Sep to cut the grass and prepare the tyres etc.

All details are in the Rules and Regs (attached to the first post)

Should be a fun event.

DESCRIPTION:  Static display and dynamic activities.
JURISDICTION:  NORA permit
EVENT SUPPORT ROLES:

ENTRY FORM and EVENT REGULATIONS:
Initial issues attached (don't forget to login to see attachments!)

COSTS:  £20.00 per driver (includes entry to Tank and Tractor (Sunday). Note Tank and Tractor Entry (Sunday) at £2.00 will need to be paid on the gate for any other attendees.

Camping is available from 3rd October with fee of £10 per night paid locally.

Please can you give an early indication of entering by posting a % probability of entry, which will allow the club to finalise the entry fees.

Word format Event Form added - I had trouble loading files as they were to big? But looks to have been the rules and regs in Word that caused the problem.

We have an active group in the Southwest centered on the airfield at Middlezoy.

Dear All,

For those of you who registered an interest and / or any one else interested in attending this event, please can you let me have your entry form as soon as possible.
If you had registered an interest but are now not coming can you also let me know such that I can update the entries and also supply the organiser with numbers.
Lastly we would welcome any member who is happy to coming along as a marshal if you can you kindly let me know.

In discussion with the organiser we may not have a detailed timetable until the even but there will be lots of time for driving which will include free practice, pursuit races and consistency event together with site parades and time to talk cyclekarts.

Evening All,
If any one is thinking of coming along to the practice day please let me have an Entry form by the middle of next week.
This will be the first time of using the track we have been working on and a great opportunity to try out your CK and give feedback on the track design.
